Napravite plan učenja
Napravite raspored učenja koji vam odgovara tokom dana i pridržavajte ga se. Podelite gradivo u logičke delove koji imaju početak i kraj. Naši mozgovi funkcionišu holistički, tako da će vam biti lakše da učite nešto kao celinu, a ne iz delova.
Odredite ciljeve za svaki deo učenja

Dozvolite sebi i da brinete oko učenja, ali pre toga odredite i kada i koliko dugo ćete to raditi. Zatim, kada vam nešto obraća pažnju tokom učenja ili ako počnete da osećate anksioznost tokom dana, zapišite svoje misli i brige i ostavite taj papir sa strane i recite sebi da ćete se time baviti tokom „pauze za nerviranje“.

since I've been watching this video everyday, I actually wake up 4am everyday and study for 5 hours and then later on that same day i'll study for a next 5 hours. I am studying hard to go to medical school and one day I will look back and say I'VE MADE IT.

You won´t succeed by just waking up early. You won´t be a millionaire by copying the daily routine of someone who is a millionaire. These people just try to get your attention by trying to tell you that you just need to do these few steps and you will be a millionaire. Just watch your own circadian rhythm and go to bed at around 22:00 or earlier. Work out. Read. Go outside. Don´t watch videos. Eat healthy (only very few carbs, lots of protein (fish is best) and absolutely no sugars and trans or saturated fats. (the gut microbiome has a HUGE impact on your mental ability and even can help with depression. SO EAT HEALTHY!!!) You best know when you are most productive. You need to have the mental capability to do something like that. Be as healthy as you can possibly be and then start working, start changing and stop listening to some people on the internet. They always want to make some money off of you. Don´t buy anything they try to sell you.
For me personally my biological clock is set for very early in the morning and i feel more rested when i wake up early. BUT ALWAYS GET MORE THAN 7 HOURS OF SLEEP EVERY NIGHT, AND GET THE BEST POSSIBLE SLEEP, sleeping less than 7 hours could harm you and drain your energy.
Stop watching stupid videos that all say the same thing, get out and do something
- If you want something you have to go get it. There is no shortcut to anything.

After I lost my father to cancer one day, out of nowhere, i was really depressed for a really long time crying myself to sleep everyday multiple times a day, just sitting home all day and didn't do anything, ignored everything and all responsibilities.
Then I found this video, this man spoke to me, it was very hard to push myself out of that vicious cycle I was stuck in, but this video and Jordan Peterson were the only reasons i could actually push through that phase

I did something, quite simple, that can serve other people: I eliminated the notifications of all the apps on my cell phone (I only left some essential ones as a battery), I eliminated all the social media apps (if I want to access one I have to open a browser , and since that sometimes takes more time and the experience is not the same because I hardly use social networks), I installed an app blocker (I use it to block YouTube and to avoid reading the newspapers). I have been like this for months and I can say that I feel better ..... I feel that if obstacles are added to an activity, the brain by itself is lazy to perform them and inevitably you will spend less time. I took a course (Learn to learn) and I understood that willpower is better to use it in a few cases, using it too often exhausts you physically and emotionally. Regarding planning, I feel that it is something that is continually being improved. What I have difficulties with is that I try to work at least 12 to 16 hours a day, and many times I am hard on myself. It is something I must work on. But I'd rather criticize myself for working too much than for not working or wasting time.
