Wonder if Officer Koby Arnold was fired? You can watch him riding horses on the beach IN UNIFORM http://bit.ly/KobyandHorses
Make sure to sign this petition to terminate him as an officer of the Santa Monica Police Department: http://bit.ly/KOBYARNOLD

Officer Koby Arnold badge number 3347 is a bad cop caught on tape of the Santa Monica Police Department who wrongfully arrested me and then lied in his police report. After pulling me over for a simple traffic violation, he yells at me telling me he will assume I am drunk driving. Then he puts me under arrest and squeezes the handcuffs unreasonably tight. When he searches my car he finds a bottle of prescribed oxycodone to me (I had a surgery 8 days before). Kobe Arnold changes his story from me being drunk to me being on oxycodone which he boasts in the report about knowing the symptoms of people on oxycodone from his experience and that I fit that description. To bad for him I hadn't taken the pills in days and when Santa Monica ran my blood is was clean meaning NO DUI was ever filed against me.. I was innocent and the blood proved it. Koby Arnold lied in his police report to justify making me spend the night in jail and take my dogs to the pound.

There is an open lawsuit with the city of Santa Monica. They act like exercising a right is not cooperating... Very scary.
Koby Arnold also has been involved in a previous lawsuit where he apparently used excessive force on a guy at Yankee Doodle in Santa Monica. Santa Monica paid the victim $99,000 partially because of Koby's actions. He needs to be accountable and not allowed to abuse his power. Instead of being terminated, you can watch Koby Arnold riding horses :( https://youtu.be/rO07JsUQOzQ?t=25s

The San Francisco deputy public defender who was arrested at the Hall of Justice for allegedly obstructing police filed a misconduct complaint Thursday against the city officers who handcuffed her when she questioned why they were photographing one of her clients outside a courtroom.
Attorney Jami Tillotson took her case to the civilian Office of Citizen Complaints after Police Chief Greg Suhr told the Police Commission late Wednesday that the department will not pursue charges against her. Suhr apologized “for any distress Ms. Tillotson suffered as a result of her detention,” but he stood by the actions of Sgt. Brian Stansbury and the other officers who arrested the lawyer.
Suhr’s announcement came at the same meeting in which the American Civil Liberties Union called for a review of police policy, saying last week’s courthouse incident, which was filmed and viewed on YouTube millions of times, raised serious questions about tactics and racial profiling. Tillotson’s client is black.
“While I appreciate Chief Suhr’s apology, I am concerned that he continues to support Sgt. Brian Stansbury’s actions,” Tillotson said in a statement Thursday. “My client, a young African American man, was left without the benefit of advice of counsel. The right to counsel is not a formality. It is a shield that protects ordinary people against intimidation, bullying, and overreach by law enforcement.”

A San Francisco deputy public defender was handcuffed and arrested at the Hall of Justice after she objected to city police officers questioning her client outside a courtroom, an incident that her office called outrageous and police officials defended as appropriate.
The Tuesday afternoon arrest of attorney Jami Tillotson as she denied police officers’ attempts to take photos of her client without explanation raised questions about police intimidation and harassment, Public Defender Jeff Adachi said at a Wednesday news conference.
But police said the five officers, led by a plainclothes sergeant, were investigating a burglary case in which Tillotson’s client and his co-defendant were considered persons of interest. Tillotson was cited for misdemeanor resisting or delaying arrest because she obstructed a police investigation, officials said.
“I was arrested for what we do as public defenders every day,” Tillotson said of the encounter, which was captured in a video that the public defender’s office posted on YouTube. “I asked questions. I talked to my client and explained to him his rights. At that point, I was told I was interfering and taken into custody.”

Who's right, the driver or the cop? Depends which paper you look at.
Went through a checkpoint on 8/8/2015. Officer Bower of The Lehighton PA State Police tried intimidation to get his way. It did not work.
**This is the raw video. The edited video with explanation is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07_RS...
**UPDATE** as of 8/18/15 I have received 4 citations 75-1311--B Registration, 75-1786--F Financial responsibility, 75-1511--A License, 75-3714--A Careless driving (Absurd)
Still waiting on a court date for the Careless driving ticket
**Update** All charges dropped except Careless driving as of 8/19/15
***UPDATE*** as of 9/15/2015 I was found guilty of careless driving. in the opinion of the judge, filming while driving is careless. I presented the video to the judge showing that at no point the camera blocked my view of the road. I also showed him how the video suggests that the hand holding the phone was also on the steering wheel as can be seen by the camera movements in the first few moments of video. I plan to hire an attorney and appeal.
**CORRECTION
I was mistaken that freedom of movement was protected by the Constitutional amendments. It is not. However it is a protected right. Find out more here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freed...
